Let me start off by saying I am a new camper owner and still learning. I paid this man to come out and winterize my camper and he spent a lot of time with me providing info that I needed. He came to my house to do the work and charged a very small fee. When I went camping for the first time this year I had trouble getting the water to work. I called him and he talked me through possible problems. After he found out I was camping at Boonesboro he never hesitated. He jumped in the truck and came to me. The was here quick and was all over the camper to find the problem. After a few minutes he found the problem. My water filter was clogged. He had the water flowing quick. I asked him what I owed and he would not take any money. I have never done business with someone so helpful and willing to help. If you have any RV repair needs this is your guy. A +++ in my book.
We have a Class A motorhome. 1 of our roof air conditioners would not operate. It was tripping the circuit breaker. Rod came out. Did some diagnostic and found that the roof top unit itself was fine. He continued to look, and found an electrical wiring connection was shorting out, inside the electrical box supplying power to the A/C unit. Great Job Rod!!! The circuit breaker did its job, and so did RVPHD! AWESOME COMPANY! We need more of this type of service people! Rod is NOT A PARTS CHANGER ! He diagnosis’s things first!!! 10 stars!!!!
Had an AC on my fifth wheel quit working. I called RvPhD the next morning, and before noon he was out at my place and had it fixed. Quick response, good prices, no BS. This is who you want to call first in the Lexington area for help and repairs!
I can’t say enough as to the character of Rod, and his professionalism. 1st time Rv owners, and literally one week into our ownership of a class A motor coach we had some unexpected issues with the Jack leveling system, and Rod is now my lifelong RV man! It was seamless and absolutely no hassle on my end. I texted him late evening, he showed up the next day, part ordered, delivered , and installed 5 days later, and at what I believe to be a fair an honorable price. It’s so nice to do business with people that feel like family. And let me say, his assistant Brett takes great pride in learning and helping customers, pointing out things he notices, and he is meticulous during clean up. Highly recommend RV Phd!
Best ever! We have always wanted to find a place for any kind of repairs or issues we may have regarding our camper. We'll, we've found the BEST!! Rod fixed our awning, and was great to work with. Communication and availability was stellar. All our business in the future will be with RVPhd.
Rod is a consummate professional. His work is outstanding and his rates and prices are more than fair. RVPhd’s on-site repair service is one you can depend on and trust. I highly recommend RVPhD for all your RV service needs.
